32 hours/week minimum
Experience not required but an asset; will train.
Full time Night Dishwasher
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, using dishwashers or by hand. Place clean dishes, utensils, cooking equipment in storage areas.
Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, utensils in clean & orderly condition. Stock supplies, such as food & utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, buffet/salad bars; set-up banquet tables. Sweep; scrub floors; clean garbage cans with water/steam. Sort & remove trash, cardboard placing it in designated pickup areas. Transfer supplies/equipment between storage & work areas, by hand or using hand trucks. Receive & store supplies. Prepare & package individual place settings. Load & unload trucks that deliver or pick up food & supplies.
Some cleaning & food preparation of various foods for cooking or serving. Entry level position with opportunity for advancement of position in the kitchen.
