Job Description
1 Full Time Indian Cook Position (NOC 6322) available at Jaipur Grille, located at 2066 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M4S 2A3
Main Duties Include:
Prepare and cook traditional Indian meals and dishes such as Tandoori dishes, Curries, naan, and biryani
Prepare and cook both vegetarian, and non-vegetarian dishes
Schedule and oversee kitchen helpers
Responsible for managing the kitchen operations while on shift
Maintain inventory of meats, vegetables, spices and dry goods, record food waste, and order supplies from distributors when necessary
Maintain a safe and clean kitchen and work area
Help plan seasonal menus, as well as menus for special events and catering
Help train kitchen staff and helpers
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Indian Cook
Culinary Diploma
Wage:
$12 per hour, 40 hours weekly
