Job Description
“Summary:
As a Server, you are a polite, professional, fast and courteous server. You take guest orders, your section is tidy and you are well-versed in the menu. You treat the environment like your own home and our patrons as your guests. You treat them with respect and, above all else, you serve their needs. You are responsible for the accuracy, bills, floats and cash-outs.
Demonstrated Proficiency in the following
Education, Experience, & Skills: (Abbreviated)
Work closely with evening staff/managers to ensure superior customer service
Conduct that reflects the values of Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Entrepreneurship
A demonstrated high level of understanding of current forms of technology and its application
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Minimum of 1-2 years serving experience
Service It Right Certification required
Work Conditions:
Minimum 19 years of age
Wears a uniform and able to represent a defined and high grooming standard
Standing and/or walking for prolonged periods
Moderate level of physical effort (includes activities such as periodic lifting up to 40 lbs.)
High level of sensory attention; sight and hearing
Shift work (typically ranging from 11 am to 3am, 7 days a week)”
