Full-Time Food Counter Attendant – Taco Del Mar in Saskatoon
Job Description
“Hiring for full time days. Conveniently located on the corner of 51st St and Miller Ave.
Greets customers cheerfully, serves customers efficiently.
Complete understanding of products, explains them to customers
accurately and recommends products/promotions.
Takes and prepares orders neatly and according to formula.
Takes customer payments and operates a computerized Point of
Sale system.
Opening/closing duties, accounting for all forms of money and
product.
Fulfillment and delivery of catering orders.
Checks and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply. Receives,
unpacks, and stores supplies in designated areas. Recommends
supplies for replenishment to management.
Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and
sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean
up.
Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas and
procedures as outlined in the Taco Del Mar Operations Manual.
Cleans/ maintains all areas.
Help deal with customer complaints or refer to management.
Professionally represents the company and maintains a
professional appearance.
Energetic, team oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to solve problems and think critically
Organized, detail oriented
Ability to work professionally under pressure
Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
Bending/standing/walking the entire workday. Ability to lift 10
pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally. A valid
drivers license is an asset. Experience in a restaurant environment
is an asset.”
