Full-Time Executive Chef in Saskatoon
Job Description
The Executive Chef leads the food production team to support all aspects of the Food Services Operation. He/She is responsible for all aspects of food management processes including ordering food and supplies, menu development, recipe and production quality assurance, proper storage of leftovers, a review of days meal activities and catering functions. The Executive Chef manages food and labour costs, financial control of products used, menu implementation, food and physical safety procedures, planning and controls. He/She impacts client/customer satisfaction levels, employee relations and account retention programs.
