Supervisory Experience: Food and beverage servers, Food service counter attendants, food preparers and accounting
Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Supervise and check assembly of trays,
Must have knowledge of the establishments culinary genres, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, prepare report on daily, weekly and monthly sales, maintain restaurant accounts and bookkeeping on daily basis
Additional Skills: Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
