“This position involves:
Purchasing from supplyers, inventory and food cost control, menu and daily special design, supervising and instructing kitchen staff as required, coordinating with kitchen and dining room staff, participating in food preparation, maintaining a positive, safe and clean work environment.
This position requires a high level of cooking skills as most items are prepared from scratch
and a good set of coordination and positive leadership skills.
