Plan, direct and control the operations of the restaurant
set up and carry out the operation procedures
manage stock control and budgets
promote and market the business for regular business and use of facilities such as conference or other activities
handle customer enquiries and complains
work with food and beverage suppliers
recruit and train staff
ensure health and safety regulations are followed Job requirement:
at least two years related working experience
strong interpersonal and communication skills
leadership skills
ability to design and implement business strategies
be able to work irregular hours and on weekends, nights and holidays”
