Job Description
“The Catering Server is responsible for the smooth and efficient services in the Food and Beverage Department, as well as related guest services. In addition, this role must meet and exceed the Catering Server Job Standard for Evraz Place. The Catering Server is responsible for providing gracious level of service to guests to support guest satisfaction. The Catering Server is also responsible for contributing to an environment within Evraz Place which encourages fellow co-workers to be happy, motivated and proud of the products and services provided by Evraz Place, resulting in a joyful, memorable, relaxed and casual event for the guest. The Catering Server is responsible for contributing to building a loyal following amongst guests, thus increasing business and furthering Evraz Place reputation of providing a quality and memorable experience.
Qualifications:
– Safe Food Handling is preferred.
– Possess and maintain a criminal record check.
– Communicate orally in English.
– Previous serving experience in the Hotel and/or Restaurant industry is an asset.
– Previous customer service is preferred.
– Reliability & dependability in performing job asks and behaving in a reliable responsible matter.
