Full-Time Assistant Manager, Restaurant in Saskatoon
Job Description
“Job Duties include but are not limited to:
* Maintain positive work culture
* Working with Restaurant Manager to train and supervise all kitchen staff
* Assisting with ordering and inventory
* Responsible for kitchen organization and inventory control
* Demonstrating proper use of equipment and delegating tasks
* Making sure the implementation of the Manager orders are followed
* Maintain smooth kitchen operations
* Maintain high quality and food cost
* Maintain labor costs
* Ensure safety and sanitation
* Creative problem-solving skill: always ensure the success of the restaurant
Job Requirements:
* 1-2 years experience in a kitchen environment
* Basic knowledge of food, wine, spirits
* Effective communication and management skills.
Required education:
Undergraduate or equivalent
