Full-Time Banquet Servers (part time) in Saskatoon
Job Description
“The Radisson Hotel Saskatoon is looking for Banquet Servers who share a passion for excellence and infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Banquet staff shape our guest experiences by providing exceptional customer service and knowledge of the Hotel while exemplifying our values in each interaction.
As a Banquet Server you will:
– Serve all food and beverage items for assigned banquet meetings
– Assist in set-up of linen, china, glass, silver, and accent pieces for each function according to the banquet event order
– Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
– Be health & safety conscious and actively involved in maintaining a safe work environment
– Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
– Must have availability to work weekdays and weekends.
– Must have six months experience within a full service hotel property operation
– Strong organizational skills
– Follow safety & security rules and procedures
– Excellent customer service and communication skills
Working Conditions
– Constant standing and walking throughout shift
– Constant lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs
– Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
– Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
