QUALIFICATIONS:Japanese Hot Food / Sushi or Maki Chef or Cook job – Sushi-Q & AKASHIO (Japanese Fine Restaurant) – Toronto, ONMust have a minimum of 2 years of experience in preparing and cooking a variety of Japanese Hot Food Japanese cuisine cold and hot appetizers
JOB DUTIES:Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese style Hot FoodPrepare soups and saucesPrepare bento boxes for take-out orders and for in-store customersTrain and supervise kitchen staff and helpers in their relevant duties of preparation, cooking and handling foodEnsure kitchen is clean and safe for food preparation in accordance with the company health and safety guidelines
REQUIRED EXPERIENCES:
Cooking Japanese Cuisine Hot Food: 2 years
