Job Description
“Position Summary:
Must adhere to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and other applicable municipal, provincial and federal laws and regulations. Assist in maintaining good public relations with patrons and maintain an open door policy with all employees. Comply with safety and security standards of the corporation and complying with pre-determined internal control procedures. Is responsible to maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and assist fellow employees as required.
Major Responsibility Areas:
Promote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest calibre of guest service to all guests and employees.
Is responsible to wash dishes, pots, etc. and ensure that all are sanitized as per proper procedures. Is responsible to wash floors, walls and various pieces of equipment to maintain a high level of cleanliness in the area.
Must strictly adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined by the Food & Beverage Department ICM. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Comply with safety procedures including the use of required safety equipment and identify unsafe practices or conditions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma or comparable combination of equivalent working experience and education. One (1) or more years of related experience preferred.
Must possess organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Must possess the ability to work and excel in a fast paced large volume business.
Licenses, Certifications and/or Registration:
Required Registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant through the AGCO.
