Position Details:
Food & Beverage Servers will welcome customers into the restaurant and seat them according to their needs. They will interact with the customers directly and quickly in a manner which promotes the highest level of customer service. They will immediately handle complaints and concerns as they occur as customer service is paramount.
Job Duties:
* Greet guests and provide the necessary menus
* Display knowledge of the menu and be ready to answer questions
* Take, verify and relay food and beverage orders
* Promptly deliver food and beverage items as they are ready
* Ensure guest is satisfied with food and/or beverage items that were delivered
* Present bill to customer and be prepared to answer questions about it
* Process payment by whatever means are applicable (debit, credit, cash)
* Inspect and maintain dining room for neatness and cleanliness
* Thank the customer as they are leaving the restaurant
Specific Hiring Criteria:
* Previous experience is preferred, but no experience necessary
* Minimum Secondary education is desired, but no specific education is required
* Training will be provided on-the-job
* Must be dependable, trustworthy
