We are looking for Talented colleagues who are Passionate and Energetic about coffee and tea as well as providing an exceptional customer experience for our new Starbucks or Tim Horton’s café. As a Part-Time Cafe Clerk, you will have an immediate impact on sales and customer satisfaction by:
. Preparing and serving quality hot, cold, specialty beverages and food products for all customers
. Delivering prompt, accurate and exceptional customer service
. Communicating and building rapport with customers to ensure their needs are met
. Answering any customer inquiries and making product recommendations
. Handling POS transactions (debit/credit/cash/gift card)
. Maintaining a clean and organized work area adhering to health, safety and sanitation standards
. Other duties as required

Job Qualifications
We are looking for talented, enthusiastic and experienced individuals with:
. Availability to work the required shift(s) and weekends
. Exceptional customer service and communication skills
. Previous retail, restaurant or food service experience
. Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for long periods of time
. Ability to work in a fast paced and team-oriented environment
