Station 20 West is seeking a Head Cook to operate the Boxcar Caf and catering at Station 20 West. If you have a passion to be an integral part of something exciting and can inspire a food services team, this may be the career opportunity for you!
Responsible for upholding the vision and mission for food services at Station 20 West, managing kitchen staff, developing menus, preparing and directing the preparation of meals, estimating food requirements, ordering food and other supplies, emulating stewardship and hospitality, and overseeing the maintenance of a sanitary, well-organized work environment, our Head Cook coordinates all the daily operations for the Boxcar Cafe and catering within Station 20 West.
