Job Description
“Duties;
– Prepare for the dishes such as chopping vegetables, breaking down, cutting or grinding meat, weighing and mixing ingredients, washing and preparing vegetables during nights or early mornings
– Rinse and cuts raw food products
– Wash work tables, cupboards and appliances
– Assist cook as required
– Portion and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to customers, and package take-out food
– Clean all kitchen areas
– Serve finished products to customers”
