Job Description

Looking for a casual worker with good knife skills and experience portion cutting steaks. Ideal for an evening cook that wants to make a little extra money covering holidays over the summer. General food service production duties include but not limited to cutting steak to exact portion specifications, portioning and making cutlets, dry ribs. Grinding beef and making patties. Some paperwork involved in tracking products and weights coming in and out of cutting room.
