About the position!

Our highly skilled service technicians are ready to service all our top quality warrantied product, additionally, we offer servicing on all other window and door products.
As service manager your responsibilities will include:
Scheduling and operational management of service technicians
Coordinating all service work with customers, ensuring work is completed by service technicians efficiently, professionally and on time
Generating work orders with precise information for service technicians
Providing quotes for clients for billable service work
Ordering hardware and parts from various suppliers
Maintaining meticulous inventory of required hardware and parts
Invoicing suppliers for warranty service work
Other duties as assigned
As the ideal candidate you will have…
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to motivate, lead by example and build a strong service team
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and strong time management skills
Advanced computer knowledge with the ability to learn complex scheduling software
Clear and effective written and oral communication skills
Experience in the window and door industry, construction industry or service consulting is considered an asset
