“Restaurant Manager at Denny’s Restaurant
Location: 40 Courtneypark Dr East, Mississauga, ON L5T 2Y3Vacancies: 1. Permanent, full time, 40-50 hours per week.
We operate Denny’s Restaurant franchise and must adhere to the stringent service standards as directed by the franchisor. Main duties are outlined below:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Denny’s Restaurant
Manage all the facets of the restaurant and implement operational procedures
Supervise the restaurant’s staff
Assist in staff recruitment and oversee staff training
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Control inventory and monitor revenues
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Coordinate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Some of our raw supplies arrive in portions and to maintain freshness and essence of cooking and related delivery standards to the guest, intricate requirements set by the franchisor have to be followed. These would need to be adhered to absolute conformity in line with your production crew, including training on new menus.
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.
Employment/Education Requirement:
Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required.
Wages: $45,000 p.a.
