“1 Full Time Permanent RestaurantManager position (NOC 0631) at 2092371 Ontario Inc. O/A Coffee Culture available, located at, 22 King Street West, Oshawa, Ontario, L1H 1A3

Main Duties

·          Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant, maintain and analyze business records to improve efficiency and increase sales.
·          Responsible for training new staff members, supervising staff on shift, and recommending termination of employees based on performance when necessary.
·           Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
·          Help prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
·           Resolve customer complaints and rectify issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
·          Assist in the planning of special events, promotions and local marketing initiatives.
·          Responsible for inventory, placing orders with suppliers for food, beverage, and other supplies when necessary.
·           Negotiate price and arrangements with clients.
·          May also complete the same job as supervised staff.
 
Requirements: 
Minimum 1 year experience

College Diploma

Wage rate: $22.25
Hours: 40 hrs / week”
