Full-Time Restaurant Manager in Saskatoon
Job Description
The Granary is looking for a full-time manager position in a high volume casual fine dining restaurant, to join our team. Duties include: Labour cost and control, liquor inventory, opening and closing the restaurant, staffing, controlling the flow of the restaurant, training facilitator for staff, and day-to-day operations. The applicant will closely work with the owner/general manager, and must have an extensive knowledge of wine and spirits, and Serve It Right. Applicant must have experience serving in a high volume casual fine dining restaurant, experience with training, and strong leadership qualities.
