“Full Time Restaurant Manager
Tim Hortons – Woodbridge, ON
We are currently looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager for one of our locations in Woodbridge. Candidates must have 2-5 years of management experience, preferably in Food and Beverage/QSR. Hours of Availability must be ANYTIME.
As a Restaurant Manager, you are an enthusiastic role model and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. You build positive relationships with a team of diverse members. As a passionate team leader, you believe in the importance of training team members to ensure high standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness are achieved. Through your knowledge of the quick service industry you take pride in supporting the Restaurant Owner/ General Manager in the day-to-day operations of a fast paced restaurant.

While there are administrative aspects to this job, it is primarily a hands on and in the stores daily. As such, will be responsible for upholding Tim Hortons standards, setting goals for team members with follow up, development of team members and achieving business goals. Also, must be able to follow our Organization’s systems and have a flexible schedule, in order to ensure that all times of the day are operating properly and smoothly. Candidates must have own transportation.
