Full-Time Restaurant Manager in Windsor
Job Description
“Vacancies: 2. Permanent, full time, 40 hours per week.
Location: Windsor, Ontario
Applicants must have at least 3 years of most recent, documented experience in managing casual dining restaurants.
Should be able to plan, organize, direct and control as well as evaluate the operations of a fast paced, busy restaurant – complete F& B services. Applicant must be able to implement operational procedures, assist in staff recruitment, oversee staff training, set staff work schedules and monitor performance of staff; Inventory control, monitor revenues; resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety / hygiene regulations are followed.
Also negotiate arrangements with clients for catering etc.
Position is full time, 40 hours per week and is based on a 5-day workweek, with the expectation that you will work a variety of shifts from Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off per week. Your workweek will depend on the needs of the restaurant. The above expectations are based on normal operations, but can vary according to the
needs of the business.
You will receive 2 weeks of paid vacation per annum. All vacation time must be first approved by
the Director of Operations before it is scheduled.
Wages:.$21.63 PER HOUR
