A Food and Beverage Server creates a remarkable experience for our valued guests through exceptional service of food and/or beverage orders, and processing of payments.

What You Will Require
1 year of serving experience in a food and beverage establishment
FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate (In BC) / Mini Food Safety Course (In Alberta) is an asset
Serving It Right (In BC)/ Proserve (In Alberta) Certificate to be completed prior to start date
Knowledgeable in cocktail preparation is an asset
Point of sale (POS) experience is an asset
Ability to lift a fully loaded food serving tray and/or push/pull a full coffee cart
Ability to stand for long periods of time
