Food & Beverage Server
As a server in our Getaway Restaurant or on the gaming floor, you will perform all tasks related to food and beverage service in an efficient and professional manner, while maintaining the highest calibre of customer service. You will be responsible for accurate and efficient service, and also for the cleanliness (removal of dirty dishes, empty glasses, etc.) of your section. You will work under Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulations and comply with all applicable laws, policies and procedures.
The successful candidates will possess:
A secondary school diploma or comparable combination of equivalent working experience and education
Experience in related field of one (1) or more years
The ability to work and excel in a fast paced large volume business
Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
Previous restaurant experience in a casino environment is an asset
The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
