Take customers’ orders; Prepare, heat and finish simple food items; Serve customers at counters or buffet tables; Portion and wrap foods; Package take-out food; Stock refrigerators and salad bars

Kitchen Helping Skills
Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment; Sweep and mop floors

Dishwashing Skills
Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
