Your naturally friendly, outgoing, positive demeanour is reflected in your interaction with restaurant guests and coworkers alike.
You understand that while food is foundational, service, décor and cleanliness are imperative aspects of a great dining experience – and you deliver. You are comfortable working within a restaurant team given your experience as a server in a high volume casual restaurant. You crave an opportunity to work in an environment that is contemporary, where there is room for growth and learning, and professionalism is paired with fun and friendship. You have Serving it Right certification and are ready to put it to use with your strong work ethic.
Providing service of food and beverages to guests and ensuring satisfaction
Serving guests in a prompt and courteous manner
Up-selling and providing the ultimate guest experience
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Supporting other service team members
Job Qualifications:
Experience serving in a high volume casual environment
Serving It Right Certificate required
Possess excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Personable, friendly and outgoing
High energy and strong work ethic
Background check required for successful candidate”
