“Summary Description:
We are looking for Multi-Unit Manager also known as Area Coach who will strategically lead from a distance around 6 to 7 assigned stores ensuring everyone in the team/group is aligned and moving on the same direction in achieving business objectives and sales productivity/targets. The successful candidate will oversee, monitor and ensure that the operations of the restaurants located in the Winnipeg area on a day-to-day basis are within the policies and guidelines of the company, ensuring customer satisfaction, team member satisfaction/retention and profit maximization.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, restaurant management or equivalent
A minimum of three (3) years restaurant management experience in food service
Attendance and completion of KFC store training program like CHAMPS Certification
Experience developing, coaching and leading a diverse workforce
Ability to utilize tactical and strategic judgement to achieve all key business measures
Ability to work flexible hours: opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to travel 50% of the time (within and outside of the market)

Working knowledge of in-store systems and corporate policies and procedures
Demonstrate ability on People Management, Safety and Sanitation
