You are comfortable working within a restaurant team given your experience as a server in a high volume casual restaurant. You have Serving it Right certification and are ready to put it to use with your strong work ethic.
Greeting guests and providing service of food & beverage to guests.
Providing superior guest satisfaction on a highly consistent basis.
Ensuring quality control of product provided.
Monitoring food & drink levels to ensure customer satisfaction.
Liaising with the kitchen and bartender to control proper timing of service.
Ordering of all relevant supplies from the storeroom.
Ensuring proper cash out procedures.
Maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
Managing internal and external customer feedback.
Job Qualifications:
Experience serving in a catering/banquet type environment.
Food Safe certificate preferred.
Serving It Right Certificate is required (can be completed before first shift).
Excellent customer service skills, organizational and communication skills.
Personable, friendly and outgoing.
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
High energy and strong work ethic.
Some evening shifts end after transit has stopped so vehicle is preferred.”
